There seems to be more adult supervision coming to some of the VC-backed entities, but there are far more newcomers sort of half following the rules from what I have seen in the last year.  

I have had dogs for years and they've not done any more damage to my own personal home than the kids or adults that have been in the house, and I've lived in the same house for 23 years.

I treat them like adults and give them the respect I expect.
