That way when a deposit is made I can tell who deposited the rent.Pick a bank with a few branches and one that is open on Saturdays as tenants usually deposit on Saturday or Friday evening.Also look for a bank that will allow you to open up several no fee checking accounts.

What we did: We got the letter on Friday afternoon and everything was fixed by Tuesday night.

Lowes has great sales on Black Friday, Labor Day, Memorial Day, President's Day, etc.
