@Tyler W.Utilities are independent.Plan to manage the property for a few years until market value increases and rent rates increase to where I am able to refi and cover PM.I’m counting on a new roof but the AC units are about 5 years old and the property is not too old so I wouldn’t expect plumbing or electrical to be an issue in the near future.Thanks!

Considering this is most certainly built on a slab, adding an additional kitchen may well require busting up the foundation in order to run the second set of plumbing.

The house is 95% ready to go...just some finish plumbing, a little more on the deck and some finish electric in the pole barn, and we were going to get it listed with an agent next week.
