We have a friend that is a contractor, we will barter w him. 

It will make your property more competitive if you're pet friendly and you could possibly attract more renters.

But if you use the laws of Partnerships, like Syndications, Investing with your friends and family, or just putting together a Venture Partnership, what was previously un-affordable can now be achievable!

I am looking for recommendations for investor friendly title companies who have experience in double closings/assignments in the Vacaville, Ca or Solano/yolo/Sacramento county areas.

I have a friend who invested in Indianapolis and has positive cash flow. 

Getting a lot of low balls but traffic is steady.A contractor friend has asked to buy on terms.
