I have tried using a plastic trim piece between. the cabinets and the floor to keep them from contact smaller spills and leaks on the floor.

The odds are against us since the seller could easily list their property via traditional means in 2yrs when they retire.

My question is would you guys rather sell stocks and take a long term cap gains at 15% tax rate, or take a loan and keep the stocks growing.
