Predicting a market crash the month before your book titled "The Capitalist Manifesto" drops is a bit too much for me, although it's brilliant marketing, and I don't necessarily think he's incorrect, in general.Here's my prediction: There will be no crash in October and the book will be a success.

If you mean market, that statement is incorrect because if a willing buyer and seller came together and agreed on a price, then that is the market price.

While I am not an engineer, I certainly see that an engineer could be great, as a lot of objective analysis and decision is involved when designing different structures, and with real estate, that can be a great benefit as a lot of times, people invest out of emotion and make incorrect decisions.
