I'm in Fort Walton Beach/Destin, FL.

I would have preferred buying in appreciation markets: Nashville Tennessee, Florida Panhandle (Navarre Beach, Fort Walton Beach, West Panama City), Arizona, Nevada or another California city but I'll be in more of a negative cash flow than a Class A Indy suburb.

If you want to avoid that you can jump over to Miramar Beach/30A or even Fort Walton Beach, where there isn't as much (if any) oversight.

I also have an apartment in Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn NY, right by a military base.  

Ridiculous.The 96 unit number is a bit strange, as I know for a fact with my doors alone in Fort Wayne, IN that they manage along with most of my portfolio here in the Dayton area, they have more than that with just me.

I am asking because I will soon have the ability to create these 3d maps and walkthroughs along with aerial photography/video and would like to start working with Real Estate Agents in the Dallas Fort Worth Arlington area. 

Looking for some insight in Elkhart, South Bend, and Fort Wayne Indiana.

Fort Lauderdale and Miami are 2 different animals. 

Fort Worth is a great market for rehabs, especially under 150K.
