I'm looking for a really good rehab spreadsheet to have my contractor enter all the measurements, labor costs and materialcosts during a walkthrough.My goal is to be able to hand this off to the next contractor and have them give me quotes without them needing towalk the property. 

I’m not entering this business to displace people, but def can’t keep that rate for a 4bed 2 bath row home!

The seller leaves a notice on the door that she needs to enter the property (not sure how much advanced notice is required in TX) then when the time comes, you go in.

What do you guys think about this script:------I have been looking at homes in {Enter City Name Here}, more specifically the {neighborhood name} area for a few months now, and I was walking through your neighborhood, saw your house at {123 main st}, and was wondering if you had any interest in selling.

They don’t seem to understand that the day they signed the lease (June 9th) was the day they entered a binding contract and they also owe July’s rent if I can’t get it rented as they didn’t give a 30 days notice. 

No issues borrowing just general issues that come up whenever a number of people enter into a partnership venture together.

Do banks automatically assign Foreclosure Agents to homes that have entered pre-foreclosure?
