I think you really need to work with an agent based on what I am reading between the lines in your post. 

If this is the case, set up your listings on Airbnb etc. but block out the calendar until you are ready to start taking reservations.  

How do they know if this is an owner stay that you blocked on your website, and it pushed over to Vrbo?
