Hopefully you are not ahead on draws, i.e. he has less money owed to him than it will cost to finish with another contractor.Since you are on an FHA loan (and I am not privy to how the approval process works), your bank should be able to guide you with getting a new contractor lined up and finishing the work.

I am trying to BRRRR by matching rental values in the area with small cosmetic changes (most likely) but that all depends on what comes up during the due diligence process, I just like to have a decent plan in place for financing ahead of time.
