I and my father had just come from our RV trip from Colorado on my land, and lived quite frugally there for 2 weeks (off-the-grid, ahem) and very much enjoyed the scenery.

We live in San Diego so each trip to Indiana ran me about $1,000.

Me and a couple of investor friends made a Newburgh trip and we concluded to postpone our plans there because although we saw some movement the lack of direct transportation from NYC is IMHO is what makes it trail behind decades places like Beacon.

Personally  I love when the competition trips up.

They will charge extra for extra trips to inspect if work is like this, and possibly start looking at other stuff.

My parents moved to Florida about five years ago and I'm having them poke around their area.I need to narrow it down to a handful and then will take some trips.

Also install bright motion-sensor spotlights all around the property that trip whenever someone stands on the corner (protect by placing in hard to reach locations, covered with sturdy wire mesh guards).
