I have always heard they dont work up north too.

And btw - it takes longer to drive from the north side of Chicago to the south side of Chicago than it does to drive from Chicago to Laporte, Indiana.

I see at least a "deal" a week come across my desk from a "wholesaler" and it is typically north of 80% of ARV.

North Park, and South Park have some places that I think can cash flow.

I don't have a ton of time to manage the process, nor the capital to rennovate something.
