Hi all I am new to Bigger Pockets, although I have been a landlord since 2013 I am starting to treat this as a business instead of a side hustle.

I am just looking for others who may have experience with this type of investing and if in your opinion is it worth potentially floating the house for almost a year until next school year?

I am getting into wholesaling and have some questions.

I am really not exited about paying capital gains at all. 

(This is already a bit ironic, because my full-time job, 50+ hours and 5-6 days a week is shopping for rates and products, so I am pretty good at it). 

I am not able to pay mortgage without getting the rent. 

Adam, I am vaguely interested in BRRRR to vacation rental in cottage country to play the long term appreciation game.

Hope you get another better offer :) ya my inclination is to pass on this buyer.. normally my wife handles all the buyers but I am working this one solo.. so she can concentrate on the 12 pre sale contracts she already has..

I just found BiggerPockets and am glad I did.

Will never invest in that part of country again but I am curious to see what other cities to avoid.
