If you are not comfortable buying merchandise cards off of ebay, go to a pawn shop in the worst part of town, tell them to call you when they get merchandise cards as you will buy them for 90 cents on the dollar of face value.

Wasn't long ago in this country that black people were only considered 3/5 of a person and women were considered too stupid to vote...so this sort of bigoted attitude shouldn't be surprising...Worst part is that this was posted in the Political forum...perhaps that's some indication of the poster's intent...

He is deeding the property to the new buyer and the seller is still "of record" with the mortgage company.For a seller to go this route it is probably his best worst option, especially if he is underwater from an equity standpoint.
