Killington does a great job managing and working with STR owners and it's one of the places I always recommend my investor clients check out because of the STR-friendly regulations there.

@Conor Kelly,Though I’m not Canadian, I am an active investor in Montgomery, so I can share a few details.The first thing you’ll likely notice is that properties in Montgomery are pretty affordable, even when compared to other markets in Alabama.

Central Florida Real Estate Investor’s Association is the largest non-profit REIA group in the country.  

Great place to live and would certainly recommend, but the inventory here is tough as most investors are holding.

They have worked on a lot of projects for investors I have worked with and I'm sure they could help you on this current or future projects .
