You should be focusing your energies on finding the next deal. 

Not to say each brokerage doesn’t have its own culture but do you want to be the newest agent in a building full of agents who all focus on investors or do you want to be the agent doing something  mostly different from the rest by getting your BiggerPockets PhD and being the innovator of your brokerage.All that aside, check out meet ups and meet people in your area that are doing what you want to do.

Instead, focus on the most optimal use of your money that fits within your comfort level.

I have a primary learning focus on multi and syndication.

The people that are making it work these days seem to be focusing on off market deals .

I have always had a passion for the investments side and have tried to make that my focus along the way. 

It frees up time for you to do/focus on other things, and begins the building blocks for you to potentially scale your system easier, build more relationships, and could snowball into new deals through the partnership you'd have with the property management company. 

I have studied materials and I’m focused on taking the necessary steps for my next deal.

Honestly, I think your best bet would be to really focus on your credit for now until you can get it to a level that is sufficient to do a HELOC or a home purchase.
