If thats true, it would be hard for me to understand being able to market someone elses business on ones property but not their own.My street has a good amount of traffic.

No, what they do is mmore than double all your traffic tickets.I just recently got a speeding ticket from the CHP for doing 70 in a 55 and my ticket is over $400!

There is a dilapidated structure sitting on a large & valuable residential lot in an urban high traffic location near a downtown area.It is set to have a demo permit issued soon, we go in and basically tell the city "Hey, here's our contract with the owner, we are pulling permits to fix it, we want this neighborhood to stay nice just like you do and keep the tax dollars flowing in."

Houses around there aren't crazy expensive but short term rentals seem to get traffic.

Because we all know that DMM is anything  BUT "performing well"...You need 2 things for conversion (motivated leads).Motivated traffic and credibility.You need a system that can drive motivated traffic to you...

Traffic sucks but I can't imagine it being worst that other major cities.
