Hi there guys,I have done a lot of research and studies on Assigning Lease Options or Rent To Own.

I have been living in Austin TX for about a year and not too long ago I started studying Real Estate Investing on my spare time.

I'm literally two months into my study.  

It's normally a pretty worked market from investors.The fact that you have to go to the courthouse actually sounds like an advantage as not as many people will be doing that, but there may be vendors that source the data.Do some bigger pockets searches with respect to probate data and letters, the questions you're certain to run up against in the next few weeks as you try and put it together.As for filing those leads, good luck, lol, it's a bear any way you do it (as I recently discovered).Best of luck,  JTM

As a landlord, it is imperative that you study up on the laws that govern the area where the rental is located.I don't have knowledge of attorneys who specialize in landlord-tenant laws for your jurisdiction, but you should first ask yourself, is evicting the tenant who is not named on the lease necessary at all?

Hello BP Community,  Please allow me to introduce myself and to say thank you to each and everyone member for helping me discover a way to escape the ball and chain of having to spend life in a cubicle.My name is D'Andre and on 10/10/2016 my wife and I closed on our first home.

While processing a loan application I was making the bank discovered a $52,000 balance in an IRA, sitting in a brokerage account in my name.

All I know right now for sure is that I don't understand real estate and that I need to invest more time without getting stuck in study mode for the rest of my life. 

Today I signed up for the BC real estate licensing course and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend helpful strategies for successful completion of the course such as study or note taking strategies or anything else pertinent to the subject.
