Is this still available and what street on pet worth?

Bought property for $36,000, previous sale $108,000, needed partial roof repair, clean and paint, rent $895, already had new gas furnace and central air conditioning, off street parking, fenced yard and deck.#2. 

SO, I drug myself into that meeting and I learned SO much, and I was thankful I went.

I live in Ortega in Jacksonville, and my sons Godfather lives on 1st street south Jax beach.  

No heirs to be found at all and that is where I stand one that and all I know is that a person living down the street has been paying taxes but was delinquent so I picked up that small bill in hopes that I can get something going with this.

One was on a cul-de-sac street with 22 houses, 20 of which were owner occupied.

Regarding what is a good home - I care more about the block and the street.

Otherwise you will be upside down in it and that is the wrong way to drive on this one way street!

I have a sweet little neighbor who lives across the street from us, who just lately has been returning our garbage can for us every Wednesday, after the garbage collectors pick it up from the curb.
