The short-term rental industry was only formalized 13 years ago with the advent of Airbnb and has a lot of growth ahead of it, generally speaking.If fear of competition is what is holding someone back from starting a business, you're never gonna make it.

We currently own a condo but a problem we are running into is there are 27 units ahead of us for renting in our complex.

I think companies have over ordered in an effort to get ahead of shortages.

If you have another bigger and better investment (like a large MF deal etc) and are low on cash then cashing out makes sense.Huntsville has at least 5 years of solid growth ahead so I would definitely recommend to keep holdin 'em!

If you work for two years as a real estate agent, and make enough to qualify for a decent house hack, you'd be ahead of most of your peers at the age of 21 or 22 years old.

Do you go ahead and put an offer on the deal and then get the inspector and contractor there at the same time during your inspection window? 

Maybe she'll decide it's time to get her life straight and she'll work overtime to make good on her promise.Your written agreement should include very specific deadlines for payments and penalties for being late.
