You can focus on having the best listing so everyone who is looking wants to stay there (30 days out or more) and look at the next few weeks ahead as they come, no reason to make it over complicated.

This obviously might not make sense on a 25% match (though you'd still be at least 5-10% ahead vs. just adding the money to your paycheck), but if your company happened to match 100%+ (which many do) then you could still get great guaranteed returns after paying penalties/taxes.Regarding an impending crash, I wouldn't put much stock in such commentary.
