He would like to travel back to his country and live there.

It seems to me like the owner will be at least financially responsible to the victims families due to his alleged negligence.As we come to the end of the year, have you taken time to inspect and replace fire, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors?

I do travel a lot for both work and pleasure, so my situation might be a little different, so take this for what it's worth. 

I do plan to open a business card for travel rewards/points but I am unsure whether I can charge the house hack renovation expenses to a business card...  

Our long term side is a larger unit and the mid-term side is a 1/1 which works perfectly for most traveling professionals.

Smoke odor is also a pain and costly to remove out of a unit.
