In the central part of town, the further south you go, generally the better the properties get until you get near the college rentals around USF and Augustana.Agree with Pete entirely, there are lots of "pockets" in Sioux Falls so it's tough to shop off a map alone...boots on the ground are good.

Whole question is the contract between the two of you.If you shopped around before choosing, the renting would be included in the monthly fee (because it's in their interest to increase their earned commission).If you got a fix fee per month, then likely you will also get nickelled and dimed with other fees like advertising.

I only wanted internet.I did my comparison shopping, and the cost of internet only with DSL compared to high speed internet (with no tv or phone) from the cable company was HALF!
