Getting the BK stay lifted can take tons of time and be pretty unpredictable just because of the logistics of dealing with 2 different court schedules - AND savvy tenants can sometimes request more time in each venue.

She schedules viewings of the houses based on my schedule and if I have to make a stop at the house for a viewing, we make it an open house, send out an email blast to everyone that has ever signed up on our site, and update the zillow listing with the open house info.
