However, while I was succumbing to shiny object syndrome (admiring the fancy new kitchen, new hardware, and beautifully tiled bathrooms), my agent was crawling around in the basement crawlspaces, collecting cobwebs and assessing the plumbing.

It is close to home for us, it is a beautiful city, and I believe having a large military presence is always a good thing in a market.

It was once an idea and needed to be a reality - Started out with 1, then 3 at a time- it is exciting to see an ugly house become a home of beauty that functions well for how we live today.

A 3 percent interest rate is beautiful, too haha.If you we're to sell, you'd 1: Have to pay for rent while you're waiting for a market correction. 2: pay the newly adjusted interested rates...Who knows how high they will be next year.
