I agree with most of what is said already, tenant needs to abide by the lease and keep things simple and clean, legally and physically.

Call the police, text, email, call, or keep calling till they physically have you awake and talking with you.So, does it work??????

Admittedly, I have been using Realator.com and Zillow, but I'm hesitant to make any offer if I haven't physically seen the house.

Bom dia @Ammar Ali,I hope all is well with you mentally, physically & spiritually.I believe the markets will survive because there is a shortage of homes available compare to buyers wanting to buy.

They are the physical representation of the money I have loaned. 

Job growth is steady but the city is physically incapable of growing geographically due to the ownership of the surrounding land.

Especially since we won't be there physically just yet, we could use some local opinions for our first purchase!
