Questions about VA loans

Eric Espinoza
Posted

Good Evening,

I recently joined Bigger Pockets. I have been trying to buy my first Duplex since last year. I haven't had luck with it as of yet. I plan to use a VA Loan and I was wondering if anyone had any pointers or information in regards to using a VA Loan? Please let me know. Thank you.

    @Eric Espinoza

    Its still pretty advisable to see what you are looking to buy...  MAYBEif you know the neighborhoods and can interpret the house from the photos you might offer sight-unseen.  But, as well as I know my areas I wouldn't really do that.  There are ways to deal with your issue, but they aren't really nice so I don't do that.

    The house buying experience doesn't really change much with loan product type, either than the amount / type / source of the paperwork, in general.

    Not sure I understand you.  Well, I'd be happy to chat.  Send me a direct message if you'd like to.  Good luck.
