@Paul Clark I guess I need to find out if any schools offer night/weekend classes instead of a week straight.

Jaime Wineand ([email protected]) from Owens Community College provided me this info earlier this year:Unfortunately, we only offer the classes week nights during the summer and then on the weekends during the Fall/Spring.

That scenario allows my wife and I to sleep good at night.

You should use you nights and weekends to get another job and earn money after purchasing a 4 unit building.
