I'm not saying there aren't stupid people out there, but one would have to be pretty thick to not consider a host of other factors when buying, most importantly your items #1-4.On these forums the analysis emphasis is often slanted towards the numbers, perhaps because the numbers are the only part of the deal that can really be parsed on paper (or virtual paper!).

They tend to treat the products as interchangeable.There are vinyl planks with side adhesive strips, there are planks with full stick-on adhesive, there are planks that require full adhesive install (glue down), and vinyl planks with different sorts of click and lock mechanisms that float, with no adhesive.Absolutely call asap.

I've written here before about notable non-notices including one of the big 5 banks in the country that didn't get notice of the sale and therefore there lien was NOT wiped out.Then there are unrecorded liens such as Welfare Department liens many times for nursing home care, Mechanics liens for unpaid goods or services, like a roofer puts on a new roof and wasn't paid.
