In addition to GC being able to procure and complete the remodeling work, there has to be a good match in terms of GC's understanding your vision for the project, the flow of the design, the quality of finishes you are going for.

I did a Rebel Alliance symbol for the company logo and called it the Han Loano, but didn't actually use it for anything. shrug Maybe I just need BofA's marketing resources, so journalists can write advertisements for me and call it "journalism." 

If you can get more of the same floor tile to match, extend the tiling to the edge of that room as defined by the casement that separates it from the room living area that is carpeted.

I then called up Chase to see if they could match but they couldn't.

The purpose of this isn’t necessarily to find deals (since Loopnet is typically the trash can for deals) but to find brokers who have multiple listings that match your asset type in those markets.

If Amex sees fit to give you $30k credit lines, this makes it more likely that Chase or Barclays will want to compete and match or exceed your limits at Amex.  

@Matt Gragg If we move the sink to that location we will have a cut out in the cabinet base for the cleanout and build a clover for the clean out that matches the cabinet.
