I currently live in Everett, WA and have been following BiggerPockets for the last few years Here's a little about my situation:2 years ago (March 2017) I purchased my first investment property in which I did a live in flip and currently reside in.

He was already on a month to month lease so I got him on a month to month lease with me starting 01 March.

I own 6 SFR rentals in B and B+ areas, all under PM.

I will be starting a meetup in Charlotte in March/April with a focus on multifamily syndication.

Example is 3 blocks down the street an entire old warehouse building was fully renovated into apartments and now up fro rent for 1br/1bath at $875 a month and 2BR/1Bath for $1250/month and properties improvement seem to be marching there way down to where this building is.  

The renter will be paying a new rate of $875/month starting in March. 

I'll also be attending Think Multifamily's FIRE Summit in March, as well as several others. 

My wife and I are attending a Multifamily event this March by one of the big name investors.

I believe March. 

We have had to jump from plan a to plan b and now we are on plan d which is going to make very very good sense in the long run.
