Sounds like it would benefit you to get your RE license and hang with a local broker that will allow you to property manage.

Also, touching base with a local real estate attorney can be super helpful—they’re always in the loop about the legal landscape.Don’t forget to leverage local real estate groups and networks too.

The key is your local market must align with your goals and timeline.
