Might be the best investment to gain the knowledge you need.undercapitzlized investors have no business trying this stuff.. it leads to innocent sellers getting harmed..  

I have in recent months while going on walks while listening to youtube videos or BP podcasts, created a lists of about 50-60 physically distressed homes.

The fact you don’t mention the strategy leads me to believe you already know it’s unethical at best and criminal at worst.
