Hello, I'm just getting started with some wholesaling and have a question about Facebook advertising, not in paid ads, but in posting inside certain Facebook groups.Does anyone have experience with this as a lead source?

If they’ve got a special occasion, such as an anniversary, it leads to more dialogue, and I usually send a bottle of sparkling cider and a Happy Anniversary note.

First and foremost, they verified the source of the lead,  through a front desk type deal. 

As for Zillow and the other platforms, they all feed from our MLS, so it goes out to all of them.

My loss on this deal was the cost per lead, my time, the inspection report, etc.

It automatically adjust for day of the week, seasonality, events, and lead time to give me the best pricing.

I am concerned about calling them back and letting them know we want them out regardless as this could lead to property damage.
