@Antoine MartelI have been checking in Chicago Northwest Suburbs and also Joliet and Aurora but at the time that is the ROI after keeping 8% for maintenance, 8% for vacancy, paying the property tax and HOA if it's there.

And most of what I know on this migration into the north-west, I have read in newspapers, which I have committed to my memory, with the Wall Street Journal as best for such info. but the McClatchy newspaper chain (Idaho Statesman) has in past years done stories on this topic, which have not appeared in the Journal.
