The bottom line is that the pace of our recovery in 2021-22 will depend not only on the course of COVID-19, as well as development of vaccines and therapies, but also government policy.

@Sean KelleyFannie Mae allows up to 10 properties per individual, so by keeping everything separate, you can have 10 and your wife can have 10 as long as you each qualify separately.Hope that answers your questionStephanie

I require the most recent two month's bank statements and the prior year's tax return from self employed individuals. 

I would argue Investor B should have much higher Liability limits due to the fact that they could be sued by 20 individuals all at once. 

What do you use to track financial info like keeping individual properties financial activities etc.
