Because you are offering a quick and the fact that humans tend to want instant gratification your offer is likely to be accepted even if it’s less than the others.

We are all humans here, and we are fallible.  

However, several months later, I was served a notice from the local human rights counsel that I was being sued through them by the fair housing counsel on behalf of the tenant for damages due to the pet fee.

I am misery personified, a stain upon the good earth, a leprosy on humanity.

In most cases I found the 'gurus' to be just enough 'human' to not be called 'snakes'.  

With that said, I’ve found that whatever the product or service that human behavior doesn’t change that dramatically.

I would HIGHLY advocate for taking your own calls as often as humanly possible.

We could get involved in a philosophical debate about human behavior and ask why there are bad people in every profession, but wholesalers who purchase a property at a price that makes sense for them and one that they can make a profit is neither unethical nor illegal.
