We have a city ordinance that makes income source a protected class, aka you can't say No Section 8, but it also means you can't say ONLY Section 8.

I think there's a lot of pressure on people these days to 'fit the norm' in so much as 'Well, this is the way they say it's meant to happen so I guess we have to do this...' even in situations where it doesn't necessarily suit. 

The entity may need to pay corp taxes but you may be protected until dividends are withdrawn.
