We were able to transfer these skills into light home renovation projects, such as removing carpet, sanding and varnishing wood floors, and installing insulation and sheet rock.

I am convinced that being surrounded by rock stars like the BP members will only accelerate my path to success.

That was me.  15% will persist and go on to make decent money and eventually transition into buy and hold or rehab and flip.   5% will become rich wholesaler rock stars in your community.
