Are legacy Homes priced lower or is it just the financing making them a good deal. 

You don't have to pay it all off right now and you also don't have to invest now because investing isn't the cure for your debt, it's a sidecar to your wealth generation.When someone says they want to invest using the BRRRR method, it usually means they have read that those returns are good, but you probably have zero experience renovating so your BRRRR will be crooked and uneven and out of balance with your goals.

Totally new world for me knowing there are properties off the market, wholesalers, and people that loan money just for this purpose, different from a bank, I have always thought we were doomed from finding a good deal as everything I found was already on the market...my little knowledge and limited believes got me trapped.

I did find a couple of investor friendly insurer options on this site so hopefully that bears a couple good options.

@Maria T. as others have said, preferred equity has a place and can be good or bad depending on how your structure your capital stack and your investment/investor's objectives.
