@Zachary Miller in my local market in the Chicago suburbs we are able to throw rentals on zillow which syndicates out to a bunch of other sites.

There are lots of people on this site that are looking to pay high interest rates for cash.

You could have a much nicer place to live for yourself while stepping up your game as a Landlord/Investor.

I've used this site for quick reference when I'm doing deal research. 

I'm relatively new in this game but all the properties I've invested in have been found my wife on the mls. 

Go to the property appraiser site, it Will show the Current owner of record.

Owners don't walk away from $50K + in equity.Go to the recorder of deeds web site and check for liens on the property AND any others against the owner (judgment liens can be hard to find.Something here is not right.
