Down side is the fear that the economy tanks and the Automotive Plant has long term lay offs and the ripple effect hurts the other businesses. 

Maybe my biggest fear (1st time investor) is that I'm unable to pass along rising costs through rent and my 1st year cash on cash return isn't representative of my cash on cash return in year 5.

Rehab is my big fear, always was, always will be. 

I’m about to launch my first marketing campaign in my small town and trying to decide if it’s more effective to use a business name to look as professional as possible versus just using my first and possibly last name to sound more casual and personable.My fear with using a business name is that I don’t want to turn them off by thinking I’m a big company that’s going to lowball them.

The question you should be asking yourself is why some people fear debt and some people embrace it?   

Chicken seemed very comfortable, no fear. 

it's intimidating but with a good QI the fear is more perception than reality! 

I agree also my fear that it is very difficult to find someone willing to work on repairing these old houses. 

The other ones are fear based and instead of working with the sharing economy trying to find win-win solutions it seems they want to work against it or shut it out completely.

I step inside and my fears are confirmed.
