People like me wouldn't even begin to put a price on what folks like you do on BP every day!

I really enjoy what I do, everyday is something different and challenging.

But... the experienced wholesaler who is out there every day will probably negotiate a lower price than you could, so when all is said and done the value of doing your own direct mailing as a small-volume buy & hold buyer seems dubious, at least to me.I'd love to hear other perspectives.

Right now you want to focus on learning as much as possible about the everyday stuff and doing as many deals as possible to build your capital.

Get an inspection period for as long as your contract stands so you have every day to show the property to your buyers.
