He’s a gambler with other people’s lives.So, he is taking unsophisticated borrowers, taken their retirement funds, without a title report, placed them at severe risk in 2nd position on an over leveraged property bought using Subject To, all so he can promote his services and claim he is "not out of pocket".

It will create bad feeling and bad will.If you want a political WAR between the two sides site, open a separate domain name and promote it as such.The Real estate will gt lost in the WAR, and we are about MAKING MONEY....no extra money will be made by any members, or owners by allowing Political discussions.There are other sites where this type of WAR discussion can take place.We don't advertise units for rent to people of just tone Political View, keep the site like the Public Library--free and WELCOMING to all. 

He was overlooked for promotions and held back from opportunities due to not having a college degree.

I took 25% amount of purchase price from credit cards and paid remaining 75% from hard money lender. credit cards interest rate increased to 20% from 0% APR 1 year promotion and slapping me finance charges and service fees etc.

In my area that much shade on the roof promotes moss which shrinks roof life.  

But you make a very good point about following the money… the more government imposed red tape, regulations, and taxes the less enticing it is for investors.
