We could scrap half of the laws in place and utilize technology so much better to help customers as an industry (speaking as a direct lender).I’m doing almost all of my company’s closings without external appraisals because it’s taking months to get them back.

I’m assuming that because the investor cut half the funding that he will receive 50% of what the original equity/cash flow.

That would be the easiest way to overcome this.The seller might find that the cost of the lien is so high that he cannot move forward with his next purchase, but that's his problem.

.- I figure over half of the value in the property is in the land and duplex, but I figured the cap rate based off of overall purchase price.- The expenses do not include a RV park manager.
