Like postlets  ( whatever those are) how do use craigs list ( however that is done)  direct mail ( thats not so tough my dad did that in the 60s) pod casts ( I still have not listened to one but I know people do) how to use e lance or O desk  I have cleints that use those.. never have myself but i know they can do some research for cheap   etc etc.

It was at that time I created a transactional funding facility for him so that he actually owned the properties ( IE was owner of record prior to marketing them) that went on for a few years until we had a parting of the ways... he then went back to his old habits this time he got caught again and he was thrown in jail LOL... ugh... it was not pretty. its the act of marketing a property that you do not own that is the relevant action that is what we refer to as brokering without a license. so then the reality of most wholesalers is they must market.. they advertise they send out e mail solicitations to a buyers list this is marketing...

I have my sdira set up that way, as a company owned by my SDIRA then I just use that company's business debit card to pay for servicing and 3rd party services like BPOs, and O&E reports which can all be ordered online.

I imagine being a licensee in this e-paperwork world it is much easier to submit offers than it used to be.
