Take a car for example that brand new Truck, Tesla etc. you buy for $60k and you are happy with it it is a great car, but you find out the dealer down the street was selling it for $50k the exact same car just a lower price.

Itemize those and how much life they have left-so if they took a brand new mattress, it is replacement value; if mattresses last 10 year (I have no idea) and it was 5 years old, then 50% of replacement cost.
