Who the major players are and if anyone has any other feedback on how they manage their properties.

Dont thumb your nose at any job.Also coming from a wow player from way back in the day when boss battles use to last hours not just minutes.

I have been interviewing several of the largest companies in Chicago to turn apartments in a project in Berwyn, and all of the big players are using the same guys I am!

and some markets wholesaling absolutely dominates the low value assets changing hands..

We've seen big players like Vivo Living doing this across the country with big multifamily projects.

This is my second week researching and studying, working on narrowing down where to spend this money (primarily to network with serious players in the field)

The area I live (Hot Springs Village) is beautiful BUT if you are a golfer, tennis player or any other outdoor activity be prepared to sit inside for most days...too hot, too wet, too cold.
