Within that zoning are different designations: some lots are just for commercial, some will allow multi-family, some are single family - but allow for a certain amount of density within that designation.

Your mostly conventional approach is limiting you. 

I've Googled "Zoned B"  and found that it means it's designated as a Commercial Property for business use.

Maybe someone here with experience will have some insight as I'm still trying to figure out the best approach to insurance, but I think I've found a provider that I like in the Midwest (Kansas City area). 

I may be contrarian to what others are doing, but sometimes taking the opposite approach is a good thing.
