I'll echo what others have already said: I charge a minimum commission on cheap properties, and that can vary according to how time consuming I anticipate the deal (and sometimes the client) will be.As a broker, even I will agree that a great many agents are grossly overpaid, and marginally competent at best.

As a side note, I have some concerns about rehabbing a house and then turning it over to tenants for a few years and then expecting it to be ready for sale.

Are you wanting one to fix up or one that is already rent-ready?

Not bad as he has a realtor beating the bushes and great credit with hard money people ready for every good he finds.  

Prior to that I have had careers in consumer finance and investment management. 

It took me exactly a month for us to close and ready to use the money.

Completely move in ready mid 2017.

Seniors (ready to downsize or transition to assistance) and Homeowners with low Financial Stabilility Scores (FSS) are 2 that haven't been over-used.

But it would need another 30-40k in work, at least, to be rent ready.  

Just wondering because I have a few big expenses coming up in the next three days but my LLC won't officially be ready by then.
